Saturday, May 5, ushers in the main event, the third annual The Days of Wine and Rotary. Taste approximately 40 wines craft beersand sample signature entrees and desserts from the area's top restaurants and caterers, all while experiencing the region's only fine wine auction. Our 3rd Annual The Days of Wine and Rotary Event will feature both domestic and foreign wines, gourmet foods, and a live and silent auction. Returning this year, a reserve room with fine and hard to find wines.
We were so blown away with the turnout and experience from last year that our goal in our third year is to build on all of the successes of the previous year while at the same time striving to keep the event fresh with some new ideas and fun twists that will keep this event this as one of the most anticipated and attended events of the year.
Elizabeth's Kids, Heart to Heart International, Olathe District School's ALL Fund and the Olathe Rotary Children's Charities are giving hope to kids who have no hope, one child at a time. Imagining a world in which every child has access to a healthy life, both physical and emotional and every community has the capacity to make that access a reality. The proceeds go to Heart to Heart International, Olathe Rotary Club, and Elizabeth's Kids who are in Deb's House, an orphanage in Romania and to provide scholarships for Olathe's most vulnerable students. Every dollar will go to children in need…children who need you.)
